AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND GRANDEST INDIA TRAVEL LIMITED

GIL offers this Web site and the information and services attendant upon it ("the Service") for use by the User. By accessing and using the Service the User is deemed to have agreed to all of these terms and conditions and that the same shall constitute the entire agreement between GIL and the User.

USERS AGE

Notwithstanding any other provision in this agreement, GIL shall have the right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to the User's use of this Service. If any provision of the agreement is declared illegal or otherwise unenforceable, GIL shall amend that provision in such reasonable manner as most closely suits the intention of the original provision and the remaining provisions of the agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

A printed version of this Agreement and of any notice given in electronic form will be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings connected with this agreement as if they were business documents or records originally produced and held in printed form. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and GIL and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings between the same.
